
This is my absolute favorite way to drink a protein shake. So many of the pre-flavored protein powders just have a nasty after-taste so I prefer to buy plain vanilla protein powder and make up my own recipes. To Make this shake just blend together: 1 cup ice 8 oz water 1 scoup Vanilla Protein Powder 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter 1 Tbsp.
